Returns:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days from your date of purchase. Returns must reach us within 30 days from the day you received your order.
- Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair or other user damage/wear/tear).
- Returns are eligible for store credit only.
- Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, and sale/clearance items.
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
- All damages must be reported within 3 days. Email a photo of the damaged item and packaging upon receipt.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave our warehouse. In the event that you have a damaged or missing package please contact your local post office to file a claim. All items are shipped insured
