Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT only.

Store credits are issued within 3-5 business days once we receive your return. The store credit will be in the form of a Boardwalk Boutique E-Gift Card sent to the email on file. Store credits do not expire.

Returns must be requested within 14 days from your date of purchase.

Returns must reach us within 30 days from the day you received your order.

Your item/s to be returned must be in new and original condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair or other user damage/wear/tear).

Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, and sale/clearance items.

Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility and can not be refunded to store credit.

All damages must be reported within 3 days. Email a photo of the damaged item and packaging upon receipt.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave our warehouse. In the event that you have a damaged or missing package please contact your local post office to file a claim.
