If anything is incorrect, missing or damaged upon arrival please let us know within 3 days by emailing us at info@shoptheboardwalkboutique.com or use the contact form here on our website! Email a photo of the damaged item and packaging upon receipt. .


Returns must be requested within 3 days from your date of purchase.

Returns must reach us within 14 days from the day you received your order.

Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair or other user damage/wear/tear).
Returns are eligible for store credit only.

Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, and sale/clearance items.

Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.

All damages must be reported within 3 days. Email a photo of the damaged item and packaging upon receipt.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave our warehouse. In the event that you have a damaged or missing package please contact your local post office to file a claim.
